📄ACOS
The ACOS function is your go-to for finding the inverse cosine of a number. In simpler terms, imagine you have the cosine (ratio between adjacent and hypotenuse sides) of an angle in a right triangle, and you want to know what that angle actually is. ACOS helps you figure that out.
ACOS doesn`t give you the angle in degrees, which is the more familiar measurement system. Instead, it delivers the answer in radians, a different unit for angles. Radians range from 0 to pi (roughly 3.14).
There`s a catch: ACOS only works with numbers between -1 and 1. That`s because cosine itself only produces values within that range. If you enter a number outside this range, ACOS will throw an error.
